The video game industry appears to be facing a major shakeup. Microsoft reportedly made cuts to around 1,900 employees. Many of these employees were involved with the physical game release operations for their Xbox brand. Gina Carano was fired from the hit Disney Plus series The Mandalorian several years ago. Now, however, she’s taking things to the next level in a lawsuit against Disney. Interestingly enough, Elon Musk himself is funding Gina Carano in her fight against Disney. It seems like anything has the possibility of generating a sequel these days. This more recently includes sequels to films released in the 1990’s such as Hocus Pocus 2 and Good Burger 2. Netflix has unfortunately canceled a psychological thriller series after one season even though they initially ordered two seasons. Fans have been left hanging since 2020 for the second season to be released on Netflix. Unfortunately, it looks like the show is officially over.
