Ever since the events of Rebirth, the DC Universe has been out of control. Wally West reveals that someone, potentially Dr. Manhattan, has taken 10 years from the world. This has resulted in plenty of Flashpoint era characters making a return. And that includes Eobard Thawne/Zoom/Reverse-Flash. Shockingly enough, however, the villain has already been disposed of. Reverse-Flash showed up in Batman #21, prepared to kill Batman while infiltrating the Batcave. His goal was to get revenge on Bruce Wayne’s father Thomas who killed Zoom in the Flashpoint timeline, as Thomas was also Batman in that universe. He succeeds in brutally…

It’s becoming harder to go into the film spoiler-free, but in case you have to know what’s going to happen, several major cameos have been confirmed. It seems that by the end of the film, new characters played by Ving Rhames and Michelle Yeoh appear. We were given the first trailer for Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi last Saturday, and there was a certain noticeable change with villain Kylo Ren. It appears that the scar he received during his lightsaber duel with Rey from the last film has moved. The scar originally went up his cheek, nose, and forehead which should’ve left him looking particularly deformed. Now the scar is less severe and merely runs across Kylo Ren’s eye. It seems director Rian Johnson has offered an explanation for this change via Twitter: https://twitter.com/rianjohnson/status/854760359097286656 Well, there you have it. The scar is simply…

Who would’ve thought that beneath the soft red fur of your Tickle Me Elmo, lived a disturbing monster made of plastic and metal? Thanks to Mashable, we now have a look at Elmo’s true form – and it is not for the faint of heart. Someone had taken the horrifying task of showing Elmo’s inner workings, and it almost reminds me of something from a Child’s Play movie. Take a look at the end of Child’s Play or the beginning of Child’s Play 2, and look at the burned Chucky head without its skin. Look familiar? I think so. The…

He was previously introduced through Marvel Comics in 2011, as a half-black and half-Latino character. Meanwhile Liev Schreiber will be voicing the film’s antagonist – the identity of which, however, is being kept under wraps for now. The project was written by Phil Lord and will be produced by him alongside his Lego Movie and…

Although superhero movies continue to reach all new highs, their villains have been mostly hit or miss over the years. The all-new trailer for Thor: Ragnarok that just hit, however, seems to be very promising on that front. We’ve been given a new look at actress Cate Blanchett as Hela – and she might be one to remember. Many fans have praised Blanchett’s appearance and portrayal, but one actress, Elizabeth Banks of Power Rangers fame, seems to have a different opinion. She hilariously took to Twitter and decided to call out Blanchett, suggesting her character’s Power Rangers design was stolen.…

After getting a new trailer this past weekend, the upcoming Justice League film has been cited by fans as looking better than ever. It may be too soon to say the film will fix the track record for Warner Bros.’ DC franchise, but there’s definitely a sense of optimism in the air. The trailer itself boasts a hard rock soundtrack and plenty of grit, which is a change in style with what we’ve been seeing from Marvel’s Avenger franchise. Although one must wonder, what would it be like if the Avengers were given a similar trailer? Well it looks like…
