Everyone’s been using the basis of the new Logan trailer to recreate trailers for all sorts of different movies, DC and Marvel alike. But it’s the new Logan styled trailer for Iron Man that really packs a punch. The video follows Tony throughout his life in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as he becomes Iron Man, fights through harder battles, and eventually loses his friends – all to Johnny Cash’s Hurt. It makes for a good video, and it’d probably make for a great final film; just imagine a dark and final Iron Man film to really delve deep into the…

According to a report from The Wrap, the upcoming Justice League film will feature the Green Lantern in what is called a “key sequence”. We actually reported that the character would be appearing in the film months ago, and you can check that, though it wasn’t as official as this could be, as well as other leaks (that seem to be coming true) we first reported. In case you missed it monthts ago, though, here’s the alleged plot for the Green Lantern Corps movie that WB is planning: Green Lantern Corps will be an adaptation of Sinestro Corps War. Will have…
Below is the trailer for Netflix’s all-new series based on Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events and starring Neil Patrick Harris as Count Olaf. With all the beautifully shot footage, it looks like Netflix went all out for the adaptation, and Daniel Handler’s book series definitely deserves it after its last less faithful adaptation from 2004. The Official Synopsis reads: A Series of Unfortunate Events recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans — Violet, Klaus, and Sunny – whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance. The siblings must outsmart…
One of the biggest and most appealing aspects of LEGO bricks is the ability to create whatever you can imagine. It enables people the ability to construct cityscapes, both futuristic and ancient, characters, and anything beyond. And best of all, this gives the feeling that whatever you create could be a part of its own little reality. But what if it was a part of ours, and LEGO characters were real? Well, someone came up with the idea for it, and it’s nothing short of disturbing. In a new video from Adam Savage’s Tested, Norm Chan and Frank Ippolito feature…
Robert Eggers, director of The Witch, spoke with IndieWire’s Filmmaker Toolkit Podcast, and revealed that his next film will be a remake of Nosferatu from 1922. “[It’s shocking] to me,” said Eggers. “It feels ugly and blasphemous and egomaniacal and disgusting for a filmmaker in my place to do ‘Nosferatu’ next. I was really planning on waiting a while, but that’s how fate shook out.” This is set to happen just after Eggers had a hit with The Witch in 2016, a supernatural horror film which focuses on a 16 century family getting torn apart by a coven of witches.…
Sometimes fans can be a little more creative than the actual creators of the content they enjoy, and the upcoming game happens to be an example of such. One fan decided to take the recently-released WWE 2K17 video game and used it to create his own federation made up entirely by horror movie icons. Titled Ring of Horror, the federation was created using WWE 2K17’s community creations mode, which enables players to create their own superstars, title belts, shows, as well as arenas. Anthony Sketch, who came up with the federation, managed to tell Bloody-Disgusting a bit more about it.…
Pinhead vs. Michael, place your bets. At the time of Freddy vs. Jason, there was another crossover in the making, and unfortunately (or maybe it’s a good thing) we never got to see it come to fruition. The film would’ve seen icons Pinhead from Hellraiser and Michael Myers from Halloween come face to face. Doug Bradley, known for playing Pinhead in the first 8 Hellraiser movies, recently discussed the unfinished crossover film. “I was told that the year before Freddy vs Jason was released, Dimension Films rejected two scripts for a Hellraiser-Halloween crossover, which was obviously where they would go…
Starring Anthony Hopkins, Colin Farrell, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Abbie Cornish, and Marley Shelton, the movie Solace is set to focus on a doctor with psychic powers who helps police to track down a serial killer. The film, directed by Afonso Poyart, was also once intended to be a sequel to David Finicher’s hit film Se7en! The synopsis reads: When FBI Special Agent Joe Merriwether (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) is unable to solve a series of homicides, he decides to enlist the help of his former colleague Dr. John Clancy (Anthony Hopkins), a retired physician with psychic powers. The reclusive Clancy, who…
Have you ever wanted to see a followup to 2003’s Freddy vs Jason? Perhaps a film with more characters, and even more bloodshed? That’s what horror fan Antonio Maria Da Silva has created; and man, is it awesome! At 14 minutes, the short film uses cleverly edited scenes and video manipulation from an endless number of classic horror films. You get sequences as cool as Jason Voorhees fighting Michael Myers, and an especially cool black-and-white scene featuring Norman Bates. Anything goes in this video, and I can’t help but wish it were real. Why hasn’t someone done this yet? An…
Throughout the rest of this year and early into the next, Image Comics will be releasing a 48 page prequel detailing the backstory of The Walking Dead’s most popular villain: Negan. So far, the series ‘Here’s Negan’ has seen a total of 3 issues released, totaling for 12 pages. POTENTIAL COMIC SPOILERS FOLLOW! The first 4 of which reveal Negan to have been a high school gym teacher who’d invite his students over to play ping pong in his garage. It results in Negan embarrassing one of the students before his wife decides to criticize his actions. The issue ends…
