Every few years Dimension comes up with a new Hellraiser film to keep their rights to the franchise from falling out of their hands. The last one was Hellraiser: Revelations from 2011, and now it seems another is coming in the form of Hellraiser: Judgment. The movie will feature Heather Langenkamp who starred as Nancy in the original A Nightmare On Elm Street, and will be directed by Gary Tunnicliffe who’s worked on the effects for the franchise since the third movie. Unfortunately the film is recasting the role of Pinhead and this is what Tunnicliffe had to say on…

Ryan Reynolds originally wanted Wolverine to play a part in the new Deadpool movie, and he also wanted Taskmaster to feature as a villain. When Reynolds was speaking with Empire for the Deadpool Spoiler Special Podcast, he explained that there were “endless” debates with 20th Century Fox executives about which X-Men characters they could and were going to use. “Taskmaster was in the script originally. He continued by saying they went through…

Todd McFarlane, the man who created the Spawn character and comic book series, has just announced that he’s finished the script for a new Spawn film. He says he’s going to trim it down before he sends it around Hollywood and that he’s at “183 pages” and hopes to cut it down to about “140”. It seems this is because he wants to direct the new movie and that the smaller story will benefit both in catching people’s attention and help keep the budget low. “I want to keep it small, keep it tight, so they’ll let me direct it!”…

The only franchise that could truly meet that level would be the Saw series which premiered in 2004. The first film was created by James Wan and Leigh Whannell. It was then followed by a sequel each year after until Saw: 3D in 2010, where the franchise was said to have ended. But, after years of murmurs about a new movie, it appears that Lionsgate has began to…

And in a world where reboots are the norm, talk of a new Gremlins movie has…
