Tom Cruise decided to revisit his entire career on The Late Late Show this past Wednesday while promoting Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. With props, a green screen, and James Corden, the famous actor recreated many of his most iconic films. Opening with Top Gun’s famous line, “I feel the need. The need for speed,” the video flies into roles from Mission Impossible, Edge of Tomorrow, A Few Good Men, and more. In other words – it was great. In 2012 it was revealed that Metallica began working on a video game called Damage Inc. It was set for a release shortly after 2003’s St. Anger, because certain editions of the album contained a trailer for the game. Well, footage from the trailer has surfaced, and the “post-apocalyptic racing game” seems to take heavy influences from other games like Twisted Metal and Grand Theft Auto. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount Pictures and Leonardo DiCaprio’s film production company Appian Way are actively working on a Captain Planet film. Captain Planet and the Planeteers was a 1990s animated series about five youths who are gifted with magical rings by Gaia, the spirit of the planet, to stop environmental threats.
