Andy Park, concept artist for Marvel Studios, recently revealed some new images for designs that were almost used for Star-Lord and the Nova Corps. And let’s just say they were quite different than the finished product. When John Wick hit theaters in 2014, audiences were pleasantly surprised to see an action film that didn’t use exaggerated set pieces or villains. After years of rumors and false starts, the ball is finally rolling to get the new Friday the 13th in theaters. The film is currently in preproduction with filming to begin in March. Actor Shia LaBeouf was taken away earlier Thursday morning during an altercation that occurred while protesting President Trump. The actor was using his ongoing live stream as a means to protest. A spokesperson for the NYPD told PEOPLE that LaBeouf was taken into custody quickly after attacking a 25-year-old man. “He pulled another man’s scarf, causing a scratch to that man’s face,” the spokesperson said to PEOPLE. “Also pushed that man … causing him to fall to the ground.” He also explained the man refused to seek medical attention and is “okay.” The spokesperson also stated that Shia LaBeouf had…

Production on Marvel’s upcoming Black Panther film started earlier this week. And because of Just Jared, we now have behind the scenes pictures featuring some of the cast members in their normal attire. They also confirm that actor Martin Freeman has joined the cast. According to Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman, the upcoming film Logan looks and feels different from the other X-Men movies for a reason. Aside from taking place in 2029, it apparently also takes place in a universe separate from the other X-Men films. According to Deadline, The Terminator creator James Cameron will be making a return to the franchise. In 2019, 35 years after the original film, the rights to the series will revert back to him. And he plans on using them to create a proper conclusion for the series. He also appears to be speaking with Deadpool director Tim Miller to direct the upcoming reboot.
