Sony Pictures chief and Spider-Man: Homecoming producer Amy Pascal has dropped some rather surprising news. At CinemaCon 2017, she decided to tell the press that there may not be any further collaboration between Sony and Marvel once the two studios complete the already-planned Homecoming sequel. Ever since the three photos from It were released yesterday, fans have been ecstatic for more Pennywise. And now today, we have a brand new poster and short teaser video that tease the release of the trailer tomorrow, Wednesday, March 29. As can be expected, the trailer doesn’t really reveal any important characters from the film. It does, however, give us an eerie revelation that “we all float down here” while the camera soars through a sewer drain. Dark Horizons managed to get a trio of new It photos from the upcoming 2017 film of the same name, and they look pretty cool. The images come straight from the trailer which is supposed to hit this Wednesday. First off, we get a look at the Losers’ Club, as they gather around a slide projector in a basement. The scene appears to be replacing the scrapbook sequence from the book and 1990 miniseries, and potentially for the better. It was revealed earlier this month that Sony set aside the date October 5, 2018 for the release of Venom. As of right now the only person attached to the film is screenwriter Dante Harper. However, it appears Sony is aiming to start shooting in the fall of 2017, so there’s likely going to be more names attached to the project in the coming months. It also appears that the film is being considered a “sci-fi horror”. Logan is a unique superhero film in a genre littered with PG-13 ratings and endless special effects. Chris Evans has seemingly revealed that once his contract with Marvel expires, he’ll be moving on from his Captain America role. Originally Evans was wanted by Marvel Studios for a nine-film contract, which Evans refused to and agreed to only appear in a mere six films. Fans of the X-Men franchise have recently found it difficult to keep track of the movie series. After all, while X-Men: Apocalypse takes place in the 1980s, there’s the newly-released Logan that takes place in 2029 with a supposedly different timeline.
