Growing star Shameik Moore, known for playing in Dope and Netflix’s The Get Down, will be voicing Miles Morales in Sony Animation’s upcoming and untitled Spider-Man feature film. Peter Parker won’t be starring as Spider-Man this time, with Morales set to being the new web-slinger. He was previously introduced through Marvel Comics in 2011, as a half-black and half-Latino character. Although superhero movies continue to reach all new highs, their villains have been mostly hit or miss over the years. The all-new trailer for Thor: Ragnarok that just hit, however, seems to be very promising on that front. We’ve been given a new look at actress Cate Blanchett as Hela – and she might be one to remember. After getting a new trailer this past weekend, the upcoming Justice League film has been cited by fans as looking better than ever. Charlie Cox, known for playing as Matt Murdock, the masked hero Daredevil, has finally been spotted in a new suit. The actor was shooting footage from the New York City set that’s being used for the upcoming Netflix Defenders miniseries. The eight-episode miniseries will be uniting the main hero from each of Netflix’s series. This includes the previously-mentioned Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. The newly announced Marvel series, Inhumans, has gotten its first official synopsis! “After the Royal Family of Inhumans is splintered by a military coup, they barely escape to Hawaii where their surprising interactions with the lush world and humanityaround them may prove to not only save them, but Earth itself.” The first two episodes will be released in IMAX on September 1.
