Netflix has found great success with many shows that have become modern-day pop culture hits. The 1996 classic Twister is finally getting a sequel. The new stand-alone continuation was shot on an estimated budget of $200 million. As such, with a newly-released trailer, Twisters looks like a massive extension of the original movie and one that should be an exciting addition from Universal Pictures. The Marvel Cinematic Universe is finally tying in with Fox’s X-Men movies following Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox. After several cameos throughout some of the franchise’s most recent installments, Deadpool 3 will focus fully on Ryan Reynolds’ titular character and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine. Actor Jake Gyllenhaal is recognized for a number of roles that were featured throughout films including Donnie Darko, Nightcrawler, Spider-Man: Far From Home, and the upcoming Road House remake.
