While the world awaits the arrival of Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers 4 has been left in the shadows. But that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating about the movie, and now a new theory from Nerdist might suggest what we could expect for the fourth entry. The theory indicates that the Avengers will actually lose against Thanos in Infinity War, which would force Doctor Strange to go back in time and save each of the heroes. This would in effect create a new timeline and allow the Marvel Cinematic Universe to be rebooted. Of course, most fans have been nervous about…

While the critical approval has been fairly high for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, many fans have been disappointed ever since the film hit theaters. In fact the audience score on Rotten Tomatoes seems to indicate the fan base is completely split as to whether the film was good or not. According to the Huffington Post, however, one self-acclaimed “alt-right” fan admits to helping tank the film’s rating. He insists that with the aid of bots he created, the fan was able to lower the audience score. “There were supposed to be a trilogy of books and then some after…

Kevin Smith has become a staple in the comic book industry, proving himself to be a dedicated fan and filmmaker when the need arises. As such, he’s usually very apt to discuss his thoughts and feelings when it comes to the biggest movies. In fact, when giving a Star Wars: The Last Jedi review (a 90 minute review) he’s managed to discuss how the new film tends to overwrite and retcon many of the elements introduced in The Force Awakens. “I don’t think [Rian Johnson] was attacking JJ or the The Force Awakens, but there are plenty of what I…

The Dark Tower was one of the most anticipated Stephen King adaptations for ages, and fans were devastated when the film turned out to be a total disaster. I liked [Media Rights Capital producer] Modi Wiczyk, the producer, the director, everybody. So you…

James Wan has certainly made quite a career for himself since 2004, with a series of successes in the horror genre ranging from Saw all the way to The Conjuring. One of his biggest films happened between the two, however, and was a 2010 film entitled Insidious. While the movie was a box office smash, earning over $97 million on a $1.5 million budget, on top of critical praise, I can’t help but be disappointed with the results. It’s even more unfortunate that the film continues to be followed up with more than enough sequels in a time when the…

At a time when comic book movies had become frowned upon, a little movie called Blade had blown away everyone’s expectations. It took a dated and obscure vampire hunting character and totally revamped him for the 1990s – something that took well with audiences and the resulting action and violence was well-received. Because Blade was such a hit, it was followed up by two sequels and even a spin-off television series with an all-new cast. The franchise has since gone silent, however, with the rights now back in Marvel’s hands. As such fans have been curious whether or not they’d…
