The real Laurie Strode is back in Haddonfield! After Rob Zombie’s remakes which introduced a new less-than-watchable Laurie, and Halloween: H20 and Halloween: Resurrection which seemed to misunderstand her character, we’re getting to go back to that original Laurie everyone loved forty years ago in the upcoming Halloween movie. As you can see in her Tweet, Jamie Lee Curtis is really doing her best to match the part. She’s even sporting a very familiar hair and fashion style, one that’s sure to shock your senses with a late 70’s aesthetic. Groovy! First shot! First day. Same slate. Same Laurie. David…

Now that a decade has past since 2008’s Cloverfield, the name has become the title for a loose franchise of sci-fi anthologies. The first entry which introduced the anthology concept was 10 Cloverfield Lane, a 2016 film which focused more on paranoia and aliens as opposed to the original film’s found footage giant monster movie angle. While we await the third film from the franchise, titled God Particle (which may change to Cloverfield Station), it turns out Cloverfield 4 is already completed. The movie is Overlord, and was actually announced last year. Interestingly the movie will take place during WWII,…

The long-running series Supernatural is finally on its 13th season, and while some would consider this an unlucky number – I think it’s just right for a series that features curses and spells. Especially because before the new season even aired, we found out that we’d be getting a special episode that would crossover with Scooby-Doo. While we still have a few weeks before the episode comes out, we do know the title finally, and it’s fittingly being called “ScoobyNatural”. It’s certainly going to be fun getting to see how dark they can take the Scooby-Doo characters and storylines, as…
