IT: Chapter 2 is following in the footsteps of its predecessor, making a smash at the box office and instantly becoming a hit with most horror fans. One complaint, however, is that the movie appears to be too lengthy. Now with said runtime reaching nearly three hours, it may be shocking to know that director Andy Muschietti has been discussing an IT supercut featuring both chapters. If such a cut were released, it could stretch out to a stellar six and a half hours. If that doesn’t sound like a crazy enough combination, the supercut would even include footage cut…

IT: Chapter 2 has pretty much been a hefty success for Warner Bros., although much like its predecessor – there’s been a few divisive responses. However, one of the more interesting statements to come up since the film’s release, is a new complaint that the main villain Pennywise is “surprisingly anti-queer.” One particular article, hosted by the website Out.com, claims that Pennywise has somehow been celebrated as an icon for LGBTQ+ since his first appearance in 2017. As the writer Rose Dommu explains, “In the aftermath of 2017’s It, Bill Skarsgård’s Pennywise the Dancing Clown became something of a gay…

At that rate it might be worth checking out this year. According to MysticalRaven, “If you’re in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones, you’ll be able to this unique full moon once the sun sets, and don’t…

It turns out that Silvercup will in fact be a Giallo film. Bloody-Disgusting did the digging, after noticing that Giallo Films, LLC is the company under which Silvercup is being produced.…

While the release of IT: Chapter 2 signifies the end of adapting Stephen King’s iconic novel IT, that doesn’t mean Warner Bros. couldn’t create new stories based within the established world. After all, both films have been unimaginably successful for the studio thus far – it’s almost silly not to imagine that a third film could be a possibility. Especially given the incredible lore and history behind Pennywise. While director Andy Muschietti recently hinted at the immense mythology they could mine for new stories, it seems Pennywise actor Bill Skarsgård himself is interested in the idea. In a new interview…

IT: Chapter 2, much like its predecessor, is full of Easter eggs and references that make the overall viewing experience so much more fun than the average horror film. One such Easter egg comes in the form of an awesome surprise cameo – from none other than IT author Stephen King himself! It’s not the first time that Stephen King has made an appearance in something based on his own work. But this cameo does mark a very special opportunity for Stephen King to have some extra fun and do a little more than the average “blink and you’ll miss…

One of the most beloved elements about the latest two IT films is that they’re not afraid to reference the original miniseries. While that was a great Easter egg for fans with IT: Chapter 1 when a Pennywise doll in the style of Tim Curry’s attire was shown, many have questioned what the second film would come up with. It turns out they went bigger and better – by bringing back an original cast member! Actor Brandon Crane, who once played the young Ben Hanscom in the 1990 miniseries, returned for a small cameo role in IT: Chapter 2. It…

In what sounds like a scene from a political Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequel, a Swedish scientist recently brought up the suggestion of cannibalism in an effort to combat global climate change. Magnus Soderlund, a professor and researcher at the Stockholm School of Economics suggested the idea while speaking during a panel titled “Can You Imagine Eating Human Flesh?” at the Gastro Summit. According to Soderlund, “conservative” taboos against cannibalism could change over time, as long as we were to “awaken the idea.” In fact, Soderlund said he was already open to the idea of eating human flesh. “I feel somewhat…
