It looks like one elementary school located in Evanston, Illinois has canceled their Halloween celebrations this year in fear that there’d be a lack of inclusiveness. She has been sent to jail for 13 years after cutting off her boyfriend’s penis with garden shears following bondage sex after he showed friends their sex tapes.
