The Riddick franchise can be traced all the way back to 2000’s Pitch Black. The film starred Vin Diesel as Richard B. Riddick, a role he reprised for 2004’s The Chronicles of Riddick and 2013’s Riddick. Now the next film, Riddick: Furya, is finally set to begin production this summer with Vin Diesel. The Fast & Furious movie franchise seemed to never have an official end in sight. Now, however, the final film – Fast XI – is being slated for a release in 2026. This was confirmed by director Louis Leterrier. Actor Bernard Hill led a celebrated career in both film and television for decades. Sadly, it’s been confirmed that Hill has died at age 79. He was born on December 17, 1944, and passed away on May 5, 2024. His most popular roles include Théoden, King of Rohan, in Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings film trilogy as well as Captain Edward Smith in James Cameron’s Titanic. The docuseries Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV covered a number of allegations centered around former Nickelodeon employee Dan Schneider and his time at the network. Airbnb has offered up a surprising array of movie-inspired houses for travelers to stay in. Now, however, they’re taking things to the next level for a house inspired by Pixar’s Up. The 2009 animated film featured a house that’s hoisted into the sky by balloons, and Airbnb has done their best to recreate the experience.
