The CW is certainly becoming known for their wide variety of live-action adaptations. The Saw horror film franchise became infamous in the early 2000’s for spawning a series of sequels. In the tradition of Friday the 13th and A Nightmare on Elm Street, a new Saw film was released every year from 2004 until 2010. Netflix is currently hard at work with producing a variety of projects based on the works of Mark Millar. One such project, titled Jupiter’s Legacy, is on the way – and Netflix has released the first official trailer as a result. The new superhero series is based on the 2013 comic written by Mark Miller with art by Frank Quitely. It was previously revealed that former MMA fighter/actress Gina Carano was fired from the production of The Mandalorian after making a series of controversial tweets on Twitter.
