However, the allegations against Ricky Martin, which were made by his own 21-year-old nephew, are reported to have been dropped. Furthermore, a judge decided not to extend the temporary restraining order placed against Ricky Martin as a result. This information, via NBC, reveals that Martin’s nephew “voluntarily desisted” regarding the allegations.
