The 1982 horror film Poltergeist is being revived yet again. This time, however, it looks like Poltergeist will be making its way to the small screen as a television series. It’s been reported via Variety that a Poltergeist TV series is now in the works. Moviegoers were held in suspense and stunned by the 2022 thriller Fall. Now, following its success, it looks like Capstone Studios has greenlit not only one but two Fall sequels for Lionsgate. As shared via THR, “Scott Mann, who directed and co-wrote the original movie, will return to produce both sequels as well as co-write and direct the third film of the trilogy.” Plans for Fall 2 to begin shooting are currently set for June 2024, while Capstone Global will handle worldwide rights.
