The reaction to Star Wars: The Last Jedi was definitely a divided one, and pretty interesting in all honesty. Some hated, some loved it – and some decided to make their own “de-feminized cut” – to stick it to Disney. It’s not clear if Disney really cared or not, but what is clear, is that they wanted to include some gay Porgs in the film. And Twitter is freaking out about it: only male porgs have orange plumage around their eyes, and both snuggling porgs have those markings. gay porgs, folks. tlj is a gift that keeps on giving pic.twitter.com/yxDO6HJ3iD…

As the release of Avengers: Infinity War gets closer, many fans are speculating as to what is going to happen in the very important Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. Beloved characters are expected to die, but no one is quite sure who – if any. Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo is now adding to the speculation, with a cryptic Facebook post he just sent out: We actually speculated that Hulk’s end could be very near. Though – Mark Ruffalo will still be around until at least Avengers 4, as Ruffalo himself revealed back in October: “So basically, Kevin [Feige] pulled me aside…

If you happened to Google Stephen King at this very moment in time, you’d find out that the author actually died on May 16th, 2006. Obviously, this is not the case, as he’s still very much alive, but a couple of simple Google searches will provide you with some pretty interesting information: If you’re looking to follow up on this, you’ll likely find this other bit of information: It’s similar to when Rotten Tomatoes pronounced James Carpenter dead last week, though Rotten Tomatoes isn’t the giant that Google is. Carpenter still managed to respond to it, though: To Rotten Tomatoes,…

In today’s political climate, it should come as no surprise that many people are always on the verge of an argument with one another. The latest example of this? A recent set of tweets out by horror icon, Stephen King. People didn’t take too kindly to the first remark: A trainload of Republicans on their way to a pricey retreat hit a garbage truck. My friend Russ calls that karma. — Stephen King (@StephenKing) February 1, 2018 None of your precious, corrupt GOP were killed. We don’t want them dead. We’d rather fire them in November. And see a few…

Sony has quite a few interesting Spider-Man related projects coming up. They’re said to be developing a Spider-Man Universe, beginning with this year’s Venom movie and apparently, it’s not just going to be a live-action only Spider-Man Universe. It’ll connect to animated movies as well – if new rumor is to be believed, that is. FandomWire is reporting that Tom Hardy will make a (voice) appearance as Venom in the upcoming animated movie, Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse – meaning both films will connect. With news that Tom Holland could appear in the Venom movie, this definitely is another surprise. Obviously, this is…

Yesterday, we reported on a group of disgruntled DC fans who apparently planned on trashing the Rotten Tomatoes audience score of Black Panther. The reason? Because of fans who gave Justice League negative reviews. It’s said to be the same group that messed with the score of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. To catch you up on things, here was the group’s mission statement: Given the massive success of the audience review rigging on the Rotten Tomatoes site for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and due to the sudden rise in those disgruntled with Disney business practices among other factors…

The Venom movie comes out in October, but that hasn’t stopped Hasbro from releasing some new Venom and Carnage figures quite a while before its release. They aren’t said to be movie official figures, so it isn’t exactly sure whether or not the designs will be featured in the movie or not. Personally, I hope these are the designs – as they’re pretty cool! The photos come courtesy of THR: As far as the Venom movie is concerned, we should be getting a trailer for the film very soon. No plot details are currently known, but we do know it…

Marvel’s Black Panther movie comes out next month, and fans everywhere couldn’t be more excited. What they might not know, however, is what we almost got a movie with the character back in the 90’s – starring Wesley Snipes! In a recent interview with THR, Snipes revealed quite a bit of information about the scrapped film: “We went through three different scripts and a couple of different director options — very interesting director options at the time.” He then spoke about his vision: “I laid on him my vision of the film being closer to what you see now: the…

Marvel fans everywhere are patiently awaiting the release of Black Panther, the next Marvel Cinematic Universe movie to hit theaters. The early reactions that were released online yesterday have only added to that anticipation, as they were overwhelmingly positive. One reaction that might have been overlooked is the fact that the film is said to take a subtle jab at current President of the United States, Donald Trump. Also, great speech from T’Challa that talks about building bridges and not walls (or something like that). Subtle jab at Trump #BlackPanther — GregoryEllwood – 4 Quadrant on iTunes (@TheGregoryE) January 30,…
