A new TV spot for Avengers: Infinity War has been released (when does a day go by where one isn’t released) and it features Spider-Man taking on Thanos, in a very brief but cool shot. Could Spider-Man be the one to defeat Thanos all by himself?! No, obviously not. Could he be trying to impress Tony Stark again like in Homecoming? It’s possible. Check out the clip below – in which you can see Spider-Man giving Thanos a kick: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IThIOoArNgk&feature=youtu.be In the film, As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for…

Truth or Dare was released this weekend, and many horror fans were actually pretty excited about the movie. Blumhouse has a solid reputation for quality films as of late, so it seemed like a no brainer that this one would at least be entertaining. That’s actually apparently not the case, as the film currently sits at an 11% on Rotten Tomatoes at the time of writing this article. Here’s what the top critics had to say about the film: Village Voice: Horror fans trust Blumhouse, so why waste the brand on a flick as lame as Truth or Dare? Vulture: Everything here…feels…
We all know that Avengers: Infinity War is going to feature deaths for some prominent MCU characters, but who – and when? While we don’t have the exact answer to either of those questions, we do have some info that can at least help prepare Marvel fans for what’s going to happen. We’ve been informed by a reliable source that something very bad happens at the beginning of the movie: The beginning of Avengers: Infinity War features the death of a major Marvel character. Some fans will be expecting it, while others will be blindsided. It sets the tone for…
Sad news to report tonight, as legendary character actor R. Lee Ermey has passed away at the age of 74. The announcement came from Bill Rogin, the actor’s longtime manager. It reads: “It is with deep sadness that I regret to inform you all that R. Lee Ermey (“The Gunny”) passed away this morning from complications of pneumonia. He will be greatly missed by all of us. It is a terrible loss that nobody was prepared for. He has meant so much to so many people. And, it is extremely difficult to truly quantify all of the great things this man…
The first set photos for Titans, the upcoming show based on DC Comics’ Teen Titans Go! have been released – and some have gone pretty far in their reactions. Mostly have been negative, as is the case with many set photos, because fans tend to overreact to an unfinished product, rather than wait. For reference, here are some of the photos that have hit the web this past week: Could this be our first look at #BeastBoy and #Raven from DC’s new series #Titans? pic.twitter.com/sbvQpdPm8u — Geek Vibes Nation 🖖 (@GeekVibesNation) April 11, 2018 [BREAKING] The first leaked photos of…
One of the more anticipated animated films in recent memory would have to be Incredibles 2. The first film came out in 2004, and fans have eagerly been awaiting a sequel since. We were given a teaser for the film back in November, but haven’t gotten much since then. Until now, that is. A new trailer has been released, and fans of the first film are definitely going to be excited! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5qOzqD9Rms&feature=youtu.be Back in July, director Brad Bird revealed a few new details about the film: “It’s fundamentally a story about family. The technology has gotten so much better; we…

Rampage was never trying to win an Oscar or be the next best movie. If you’re familiar with the game itself, you probably already knew this when the movie was announced. It was just going to be another dumb fun action movie – and that’s apparently what it is, according to the reviews for the film. At the time of writing this article, the Dwayne Johnson film sits at 49% on Rotten Tomatoes, with a near even split of “fresh” and “rotten reviews”. The critics consensus says: Critics Consensus: Rampage isn’t as fun as its source material, but the movie’s sheer button-mashing…
Hugh Jackman has said he won’t be returning to play Wolverine – much to the dismay of many fans. However – does that mean he couldn’t return as another one of Marvel’s anti-heroes? Probably not. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that the actor recently posted a picture of himself running – sporting a shirt with The Punisher skull on it! The caption “Changing things up” Could it be an indication he wants to play Frank Castle?! Obviously, not. But hey, it’s a pretty cool picture isn’t it? As far as what’s next for the Wolverine character, we…
Avengers: Infinity War has officially been given a rating – and it will probably surprise a lot of you to know that it’s been rated R for graphic brutal sexuality and pervasive strong language – as well as bloody violence! Obviously, if that was the case, it would be surprising, but as far as surprises go, the actual rating (that opening was a lie, I apologize) is PG-13. As the MPAA puts it: PG-13 for intense sequences of sci-fi violence and action throughout, language and some crude references. So there you have it. No one was really expecting a PG or…
