Spider-Man: Far From Home won’t be with us until July, but we have a general idea of who will appear in the movie, and that includes Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio. It’ll be the first time the character has been in a live-action movie, and with someone like Gyllenhaal playing him, fans probably have pretty high expectations for this portrayal. Lucky for some of you, some set photos have leaked giving us an idea of what to expect. Marvel Studios has no problems with firing someone from the MCU, especially if the person is hard to work with. We’ve seen this happen with Edward Norton, James Gunn (which was technically a move made by Disney) and Terrence Howard. For those of you who don’t remember, Howard was actually War Machine in the first Iron Man movie. Howard definitely didn’t forget about it, as he recently spoke about being fired, saying: “You know what’s so funny? Even though I love Don Cheadle so much and I love what he’s done, I still hear a lot of fans asking, ‘Am…

New footage from the upcoming Venom movie has been released, and I have to say, it looks pretty cool. Most fans have been pretty skeptical about this project since the beginning, and more skepticism was added when it was revealed to have a PG-13 rating. At the very least, however, we know that the character will look pretty cool in the film – based on this action sequence. They’ve been warned. #Venom gets in on the action in this brand-new clip – watch it now and don’t miss it in theaters October 5th. pic.twitter.com/el30Cq7Aq4 — Venom Movie (@VenomMovie) September 26,…

The upcoming Suspiria movie remake has certainly gotten people talking, as fans are curious as to what this new version of the film will offer. According to the newly revealed first reviews of the film, it’s not a film for everyone. That doesn’t mean, however, that the reviews aren’t good – because the majority of them are positive. According to Rotten Tomatoes, the film has 26 good reviews and 9 bad ones, with a Critics’ Consensus that reads: Suspiria attacks heady themes with garish vigor, offering a viewing experience that’s daringly confrontational – and definitely not for everyone. The Good: AV…

While we’re yet to see any actual official first look at Avengers 4, as the title of the film hasn’t even officially been revealed, that hasn’t stopped the leaks from coming. We’ve seen set photos, videos, and promo art which gives us an idea of what to expect. The latest leak, gives a very up close look at Captain America’s new costume for the movie, and MCU fans are definitely going to enjoy it – as it’s similar to the costume worn by the character in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. X-Men: Dark Phoenix, the next film in Fox’s set of X-Men movies, still strangely has not seen the release of a trailer. There have been reports suggesting that the film is struggling with all kinds of production issues, with one rumor even suggesting that the film could end straight to video on demand – or not released at all. While we doubt that will actually happen, as it’s a massive property, the trailer for the film has managed to leak online. It’s not the best quality, but it’s still here: Like we said, the quality isn’t good, and we doubt…

It’s no surprise that the upcoming Child’s Play reboot has gotten a pretty negative reaction. Fans have already deemed the movie pointless, considering there’s a series already in development set in the same continuity of the original films. Just last week, we were given our first look at the new Chucky doll, and that made fans think it was even more pointless. Fans aren’t the only ones who aren’t on board, though, as Chucky co-creator Don Mancini shared his very straightforward thoughts on the movie. THIS IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY ON THAT SUBJECT pic.twitter.com/r2llIGSDWx — Don Mancini (@RealDonMancini) September…

The Predator hit theaters last weekend, and for those of you who watched it, you know that something was definitely up with the final act/ending. The film (in my opinion) wasn’t as awful as many people are saying it was, as I thought it was enjoyable for the most part. It’s a Predator movie, not an Oscar contender. That’s not to say that the movie didn’t have its problems, though, as evident in the very rushed third part of the movie, and ending which only served to set up a sequel. Obvious spoilers follow. The script for The Predator, written…

The release of the new Halloween movie is almost upon us, so don’t expect marketing to slow down – expect the opposite. Although, the film doesn’t really need much marketing, as the franchise is already beloved, and basically sells itself on its name. Still though, it’s cool to see all this new footage. The latest, though, features Michael Myers without his mask on – something that will undoubtedly have horror fans talking. The last time we saw the character without his mask on was in Rob Zombie’s Halloween II back in 2009, though many of us choose to forget that…

Disney is in the midst of completely acquiring 20th Century FOX, which will give them the rights to many new properties, including the X-Men. While some seem to think that there’s a possibility they let the X-Men stay under the FOX banner and not bring them into the MCU – this is not the case. I’m not even sure why anyone thinks that is the case. A recent interview with Disney’s Bob Iger seemingly squashed this possibility. While speaking to THR, Iger was asked about Kevin Feige taking over the mutants, and said: “I think it only makes sense. I…
