Daredevil Season 3 is finally here, and if you’ve actually finished it, you know that it was quite possibly the best season of any Marvel Netflix show so far. With that being said, there would generally be more excitement about the show’s future, but that’s not currently the case, as Netflix has already cancelled Iron Fist and Luke Cage this month, and just last month decided against ordering any additional seasons of Defenders. As it currently stands, a fourth season of the show hasn’t yet been ordered, and no one really knows that the future holds for it. Charlie Cox,…

It’s hard to imagine Captain America being played by anyone other than Chris Evans. He’s made the MCU character loved by virtually all Marvel fans (and film fans alike), and when his time as the character is done, there will definitely be a big void in his absence. However, it wasn’t always Evans, as Wilson Bethel, aka Bullseye on Season 3 of Daredevil, revealed in a recent interview. Bethel spoke about the experience, saying: “I mean, that was both probably the single most exciting time of my life and also the single most devastating when it didn’t happen. But, yeah,…
Friday the 13th is a beloved horror franchise, in no short part thanks to its hockey masked killer lead, Jason Voorhees. With the success of many resurrected horror franchises like IT and Halloween, many have been left wondering when we’ll get a new Friday the 13th film. The recent lawsuit has come to an end (for the most part) and now, an unlikely person might be leading the charge to get a new film made in LeBron James. The news comes from Bloody-Disgusting, who writes: Bloody Disgusting is exclusively hearing that James and his Springhill Entertainment is currently in talks with Vertigo…
Luke Cage is no more – at least not at Netflix. The streaming giant decided to cancel the Marvel series only a week after they pulled the plug on Iron Fist, though this move is a little more surprising than that one. Though Luke Cage wasn’t the best of the Marvel Netflix shows, it wasn’t nearly as bad as Iron Fist. A case could be made though that both seasons dragged on more than they should have, though. The news comes from Deadline, who writes: “Unfortunately, Marvel’s Luke Cage will not return for a third season,” Marvel and the streaming service said…
While the new Halloween movie is getting plenty of great reviews, there were a few people who didn’t enjoy the movie, which is fine, movies are obviously subjective. But if you go into a movie and review it simply based on how feminist it is, or something along those lines, you may end up being disappointed. You might find it odd that we’re saying that about this particular movie, considering Jamie Lee Curtis’s Laurie Strode is a strong and empowered female character and also happens to be the lead in this movie, but one early review of the film was…
The new Halloween movie hits theaters this week, and with that, the early reviews are here. There were some released after an early screening in August, but now they’re all here – and they suggest a great return for the franchise, as it looks to be the highest reviewed entry in the franchise since the original. The Rotten Tomatoes Critics’ Consensus reads: Halloween largely wipes the slate clean after decades of disappointing sequels, ignoring increasingly elaborate mythology in favor of basic – yet still effective – ingredients. As it currently stands, there are 65 good reviews, and 11 bad ones. Here…
Marvel’s Iron Fist has officially been cancelled by Netflix after only two seasons. The show’s first season had terrible reviews, and while the second season was perceived better, it appears that Season 1 really shut viewers off of ever tuning back in again. Maybe the prospect of hearing Danny Rand tell everyone he was the Immortal Iron Fist multiple times just wasn’t intriguing enough. Disney and Netflix released a joint statement last night through Deadline, which reads: “Marvel’s Iron Fist will not return for a third season on Netflix. Everyone at Marvel Television and Netflix is proud of the series and grateful…

Following the news that Suicide Squad 2 will be written and directed by James Gunn, it’s fair to say that we won’t be seeing Jared Leto’s Joker in the upcoming film, due to the history between the two. Earlier this year, Gunn actually implied that Leto was a pedophile in a tweet: He starts at 18 on the Internet? — James Gunn (@JamesGunn) May 16, 2018 He had also said something back in 2012: Driving home from Vegas trading stories about what a dick Jared Leto is. — James Gunn (@JamesGunn) July 1, 2012 Gunn was famously fired by Disney…
The movie remake of Pet Sematary, based on the very popular Stephen King novel is almost here. We were recently given a first look at the film, and now the first trailer is finally here. It has a creepy vibe and doesn’t give too much away at all. A little fan reaction: I don’t wanna be buried there… — Earbud Theater (@Earbudtheater) October 10, 2018 pic.twitter.com/k0U3YZMFWq — Niggeruto Uzublockmi (@CruddyGod) October 10, 2018 Looks bad. Why are they adding so many extra elements that aren’t in the book to try and ramp it up? The original movie didn’t extra bullshit…
