There were many questions left after viewing Avengers: Infinity War, and one of them that seems to come up, is why Thanos didn’t kill any of the Avengers who were coming at him in the moments before he snapped his fingers and wiped out half of the universe. Surely, he may have wanted to kill a few who were trying to stop him before reaching his ultimate prize of completing the Infinity Gauntlet, right? Marvel Studios Head of Visual Development Ryan Meinerding discussed this question in the new book, The Art of Avengers: Infinity War, saying: “The plan of getting all…

If you’ve seen Avengers: Infinity War, you already know what happens to Loki at the beginning of the film. Even if you haven’t seen it, you probably know what happens to him. It was a sad end for a beloved MCU character, but it turns out that that wasn’t always the plan for him. There was more than one script for the film, and in one of them, Loki had a much different fate. Executive Producer Trinh Tran revealed in the new book, The Art of Avengers: Infinity War: “We created a version of the script where Loki would get…
This year’s Halloween movie was a major box office and critical success, so it’s no surprise that a sequel to the film is already being discussed. With that being said, you saw Michael Myers walking around in the movie with his mask on, and you also saw the back of his head, but you didn’t get to see the front of his face. Until now. A recent post on Imgur has been uncovered, and it reveals a behind the scenes look at actor James Jude Courtney before putting on the mask in the film. Behind the scenes photo of James…
The success of Blumhouse has been incredible over the years, and it all starts with Jason Blum. The low-budget horror producer’s movies have made almost 4 billion combined at the box office, and this year’s Halloween movie certainly helped add to that total. At the Israel Film Festival in Los Angeles, however, things weren’t that good – as he was booed off the stage for bashing current President of the United States, Donald Trump. The producer was accepting an award for Achievement in Film and Television, when rather than talk film, he decided to bash Trump, saying: “Tonight we have…
Avengers: Infinity War may have came out in April, and had its Blu-ray release in August, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t still been on the minds of MCU fans non-stop since watching. The cliffhanger ending left us with quite a bit to think about, and now, some newly revealed concept art gives us a look at an alternate ending that would have seen Hulk being a bigger help than he ended up being in the film. It would also have seen Thor, Captain America and Black Widow help as well. The art shows us a look at Hulk and…
Daredevil Season 3 was easily the show’s best season, and may have actually been the best season out of any of the Marvel Netflix shows so far. However, with reports that the show’s overall viewership from Season 2 was down 57%, added on with Luke Cage and Iron Fist being cancelled, some fans are wondering if Daredevil will receive the same fate. Some are even taking it a step further, suggesting that Netflix wants the show to fail so they can get rid of Disney content completely. It does make sense, as Disney is launching their own streaming service next…
Don’t Breathe was a pretty successful horror movie back in 2016, so it was no surprise when Don’t Breathe 2 was announced. There weren’t many updates from director Fede Alvarez, but now, we have an update – and it’s a pretty positive one, unless you’re patiently awaiting a sequel to 2013’s Evil Dead. When speaking about the projects, Alvarez said: “I’ve learned to shut my mouth when it comes to these things. It tends to turn into headlines. We just never want to play with anyone’s expectations. When I tweeted that I was interested in seeing what people prefer. We…
Luke Cage was cancelled by Netflix last month, and many Marvel fans were actually upset by this news. Despite the apparent decline in viewership, one very vocal group of fans is trying to bring the show back – and have started a petition. Normally these things don’t lead anywhere, but if there’s enough buzz – who knows? Maybe we’ll see the show again, even if it’s on a different network. The petition reads (verbatim): Luke Cage is the finest Marvel show in existence. It exemplifies herorics, sassy banter, great music, and family fun. The cancellation of this beloved show is…
Grudge isn’t out until June, but that didn’t stop Sony from recently screening it for a test audience. Test screenings aren’t the final product, as Halloween had what was called a “disastrous” test screening, but then was universally praised by critics and fans alike upon its release. With that being said, the first reactions to the Grudge test screening aren’t very good. The news comes from Mr. H reviews, and a basic summary of the information that his source gave him about the screening, said: This film will take place in the United States. It’s not scary and relies on…
Grudge is a movie that was an obvious candidate for a reboot, with the horror resurgence, and box office success of 2004’s The Grudge, which was a remake of the 2002 Japanese film, Ju-On: The Grudge. Well, in honor of Halloween, (yes, it was two days ago) Sony has revealed a pretty creepy first photo from the movie.
