A new image has been revealed on the Justice League Twitter account of Amber Heard as Mera in the upcoming film. Concept art was also released. Personally, I think the image itself looks pretty cool. I know that some people will complain because they like to trash Zack Snyder and everything he does in regards to the current DC Film Universe – and saying that probably will make it seem as though I’m a Snyder fan boy, so I’ll just stop before I go into an even deeper rant. The concept art, however, is a different story. Check out…

You’ve seen it in the news or heard about it in your town. These f*cking clowns. For whatever reason, people think it’s hilarious to go around dressed as clowns to scare people (or even harm them). I mean it’s truly hysterical. In case you couldn’t read my sarcasm – it’s not funny. It’s stupid. And you know who’s really not amused by it? Batman. Sort of. A young man in the UK is going around protecting people from these clowns – and it’s awesome: According to BBC Cumbria, the clowns were terrorizing children and giving them sleepless nights – and…

It’s always fun to imagine what could have been when it comes to movies. Now that we live in a time with Cinematic Universes for both Marvel and DC, it’s interesting to wonder what films in the 90’s and early 2000’s would have been like had they been connected. Well, Stryder HD has come up with an interesting new trailer that features Brandon Routh’s Superman and Christian Bale’s Batman. It also features Henry Cavil as Bizarro and Kevin Spacey – and even a surprise appearance from Wonder Woman! Check out Batman v Superman: The Lost Cut below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3GKBhUFmras&feature=youtu.be Source: Stryder…

A few days ago, Kate Beckinsale said that the producers of Underworld actually tried to get Blade for an Underworld/Blade crossover, but Marvel said no – because they were doing something with the character. Well, people automatically assumed that something was currently being worked on (which it could be) but Kevin Feige has essentially played it off: They did ask a long time ago, and I think our answer was, ‘No, we’ll do something with Blade at some point.’ That’s still the answer. We think he’s a great character, a really fun character. You know, this movie [Doctor Strange] going…

Anyone who knows me, knows that I’m not too shy about throwing in my vote to say that Nicolas Cage is one of the greatest actors of our generation. Sure, he’s been somewhat of a joke over the years with the memes and viral videos but that doesn’t mean that the guy can’t act. A lot of people tend to forget that Cage actually does have an Oscar for Best Actor in a Leading Role (Leaving Las Vegas) and when he’s on – he’s on. Not many actors can carry a movie the way that Cage can and if you…

John Wick fans rejoiced over the weekend when a trailer for John Wick: Chapter 2 was released at New York Comic Con. Well, it appears that John Wick fans will be rejoicing yet again – as John Wick 3 is apparently in active development! John Wick co-director Chad Stahelski dropped the following bit of information in an interview with Collider: The studio has asked us to put our heads together and see if we can come up with something. Winston’s [McShane] is a big part of the next one, so is Lance Reddick. We’ve got some ideas.” This all depends on whether…

Yesterday, a series of posters for the upcoming Lionsgate Power Rangers film were released and now, as expected, the first trailer from the movie is here – and it looks pretty good! Check it out below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-C4qqsgs8w&feature=youtu.be The tone is obviously different from any of the other shows or movies that we’ve seen, but that’s a good and unique thing. Adi Shankar actually produced an R-rated version of The Power Rangers but that was deemed something that shouldn’t be R-rated. Power Rangers hits theaters on March 24, 2017. Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something…

For the most part, FOX’s X-Men movies have been divided in terms of critical success and fan opinion. The first two X-Men films were generally perceived as pretty good, while The Last Stand and X-Men Origins: Wolverine were absolute trash – not an opinion. A fact. The franchise redeemed itself with X-Men: First Class and Days of Future Past, but then took a step back with X-Men: Apocalypse. This prompted our very own Mark Salcido to come up with a list of ways that FOX can save the X-Men Franchise. This also prompted CouchTomato to come up with a new video explaining…

While it’s been speculated by some that Henry Cavill would wear a black suit and have a much different look in Justice League, so far, all of the pictures from the upcoming film haven’t shown anything different at all. In a short clip that Zack Snyder released earlier today, you can actually briefly see Henry Cavill as Superman: He could still initially have a new look at the start of the film but we haven’t seen anything different yet. There have been rumors that he will have long hair and a beard – and sport a black costume. There was…
