After years upon years of waiting for comic book fans, the Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer was finally released on tonight’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live – And it’s glorious! Earlier in the week we were treated to a new teaser trailer showing Tom Holland’s Peter Parker opening a set of upgrades from Tony Stark, and that truly got fans going in anticipation. Featuring our first look at Michael Keaton’s Vulture, Peter Parker trying to juggle his life as a superhero/high school student and much, much more. Once again, it appears that Marvel got something right that Sony just couldn’t quite do…

Have you ever wondered what it would be like if we were given a MARVEL KNIGHTS Movie? Well, StryderHD has cut together a new fan trailer that imagines that prospect. The trailer features Daredevil, The Punisher, Ghost Rider, Black Widow and Blade going up against the likes of Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Electro, Lizard and more! Check it out below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLW3TycWEvM Pretty amazing stuff, isn’t it? It’s obviously a retro trailer but how cool would it be to see a Marvel Knights movie? Or even a Netflix movie? Sure, we’re getting ‘The Defenders’ but something like this could be even…

Suicide Squad was released to mix reviews this past summer, mostly due to the fact that it was obvious WB edited the film in various different ways. Whether it was the pacing, or the newly added music to make the film seem more upbeat, something was definitely off. People were most disappointed, I think, by the lack of Jared Leto’s Joker in the film. He was heavily featured in the advertising, but only was in the movie for around 10 minutes. There was an Extended Cut released but it wasn’t as different as the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice…

The Spider-Man: Homecoming panel at CCPX is underway and everyone is waiting for a Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer to drop. When that happens, is anyone’s guess, with rumors stating that it could be sometime today. Then again, it’s been rumored to drop for some time now. Any way, fans at CCPX were treated to some new footage from the upcoming film, and everyone else was jealous. Here’s a description: https://twitter.com/tomhollabr/status/804726629087973376 https://twitter.com/tomhollabr/status/804727787609268228 As for the rest of us, we’ll just have to wait for the new trailer to be released, which will apparently be a few weeks – or today. Or never.…

The new Power Rangers trailer debuted this past Summer, to some very mixed reviews. Some fans compared the trailer to Transformers, while others liked the new darker take on the characters. Either way you slice it, it was surely divided. Well, now, thanks to some newly released concept art from the film, it appears that fans will have more to complain about. Alpha 5’s got a new look – and it’s sure to raise some eyebrows: Here’s the old Alpha 5 – in case you have forgotten: Bill Hader was cast as the character a couple of months ago, and…

On Thanksgiving, we should all be reminded of everything that we have to be thankful for. One thing I’m personally thankful for is this 1987 video of Marvel’s Thanksgiving Day Parade float. It appears that the float was trying to tell a story of some sort and features the likes of Captain America, Wolverine, Doctor Strange, Luke Cage, Daredevil, Hulk, Wolverine, Green Goblin, Dr. Doom and more. What that story is, exactly, isn’t quite clear – but it’s definitely interesting to watch. If you’re in the mood to laugh or just ask yourself why the hell this ever happened, check…

JOOOOOOOOOOOOHN CENA! Let’s just pretend that I didn’t start the article off with that. Although, it’s not like anyone can actually see what I wrote up there, is it? Still here? Okay, great. When you think of John Cena, you don’t necessarily think of Thor – and vice versa. But according to a new cast listing on IMDb, the WWE Superstar is in fact in Thor: Ragnarok. As himself: John Cena’s WWE success in certainly undeniable, but his success as an actor leaves a lot to be desired. With films such as The Marine and 12 Rounds –  you can’t exactly…

In case you didn’t know, at one point in the 90’s, Nicolas Cage was cast as Superman in a film called Superman Lives. The movie was set to be directed by Tim Burton and costumes and sets were designed (to the tune of $50 million) but ultimately, the project never happened. You read that correctly, $50 million was spent on a movie that NEVER even happened. The first draft of the script was actually written by Kevin Smith (who has gone into very interesting detail about how he got the job in the first place) but was ultimately scrapped by…

Last night, Bill Goldberg did the unthinkable, and beat Brock Lesnar. The reason that this was so significant, is because Lesnar has been marketed as THE BEAST since he came back to WWE in 2012, and even conquered The Undertaker’s historic undefeated Wrestlemania streak. To have Goldberg come back after a 12 year absence and beat Lesnar in under two minutes speaks volumes about what WWE could be doing with Goldberg – yet also makes you wonder what they’re going to do with Lesnar now. Needless to say, Twitter was ablaze last night (still is) with wrestlers (current and former)…

Not much is certain about Ben Affleck’s Batman film, other than it will feature Deathstroke and that Affleck is taking the script very seriously- as he should. He’s gone on record saying that this is a project that he does not want to mess up. After his wonderful portryal of Batman, I’m going to assume that most have already long forgiven his performance in Daredevil back in 2003. After all, you can’t really blame that on him, can you? There have been rumored appearances from certain characters, like Harley Quinn and The Joker – and even Black Mask, but nothing really confirmed…
