Marvel’s Inhumans isn’t even out yet but there has been all kinds of drama surrounding the series. From fans making fun of the trailers and alleged budget problems to the show allegedly being cancelled before the first season even premiered – it hasn’t been very good. Things between Marvel and ABC apparently aren’t very good either. A new report from Variety suggests there’s quite a bit of drama with Marvel and ABC: The same level of enthusiasm does not, however, exist within many at ABC for “Inhumans.” Reviews thus far have been largely negative, reflecting the sentiment inside ABC. Network…

For those of you who don’t already know, there’s actually a pretty dark story behind the Jeepers Creepers franchise. Director Victor Salva was convicted of molesting a child back in 1988, and filming the incident. Most people didn’t know about it when the first film came out, though in the age of the internet, it’s now out for everyone to see. Naturally, when the director returned for Jeepers Creepers 3, his past has resurfaced. Jonathan Breck, the actor who has played The Creeper in every movie, spoke with IGN recently, saying that people should give the director a second chance:…

When it comes to this year’s IT movie, the last thing you would probably expect to hear about would be controversy for the film coming from Burger King. Apparently, people in Russia’s division of the company are mad about the film – and want it banned. The Russian division of Burger King has filed a complaint with the country’s Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS), and have demanded that IT be banned in the country. Their reason? Pennywise the Clown looks like Ronald McDonald and therefore, it works as an advertisement for the rival company. A spokesperson for FAS had the following…

It’s long been asked when we could potentially see the Miles Morales version of Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Apparently, that time is now – via a deleted scene from Spider-Man: Homecoming. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5UJoYT6hr8&feature=youtu.be Kevin Feige has already said that the character does exist in the MCU: “All of those little things are just Easter eggs for fans until they’re something more than that. But anything that’s happened in the books is potential material for us. In the meantime, I think Miles is a big part of the animated movie that Sony’s making. But where we go … we definitely want…

While this year’s IT movie was a massive Box Office hit and critical success, one Stephen King movie adaptation, was not. The Dark Tower was terribly reviewed by fans and critics alike, most of which didn’t seem to like the changes from the book. In a recent interview with Vulture, Stephen King himself shed some light on what he thinks went wrong: “The major challenge was to do a film based on a series of books that’s really long, about 3,000 pages,” he said. “The other part of it was the decision to do a PG-13 feature adaptation of books that…

It should be noted that Warner Bros. have a majority stake in Rotten Tomatoes, so this seems to be pretty legit. One thing that was pretty much known by everyone who has seen the 1990 IT adaptation starring Tim Curry or even read Stephen King’s novel, is that Georgie dies. Now, if you haven’t read the book, you may have been unaware as to how brutal the scene was supposed to be. The 1990 adaptation is fairly tame in this aspect, but the new one, isn’t. If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s your chance to look away, but if you’d like to anyway, take a look at this video comparing both: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5qv21eKFwg There’s obviously not even much of a comparison…
