It was reported yesterday that Marvel’s The Punisher would be pulled from New York Comic Con after the Las Vegas shooting that happened earlier this week, with the following statement: “We are stunned and saddened by this week’s senseless act in Las Vegas. After careful consideration, Netflix and Marvel have decided it wouldn’t be appropriate for Marvel’s The Punisher to participate in New York Comic Con. Our thoughts continue to be with the victims and those affected by this tragedy.” Personally, I thought it was a sign that the show would be delayed, and now, that is apparently the case: Have heard:…

In a move that shouldn’t really come as a surprise, Marvel’s The Punisher has been pulled from New York City Comic Con after the horrific shooting that happened in Las Vegas earlier this week. After careful consideration, Netflix and Marvel have decided it wouldn’t be appropriate for Marvel’s The Punisher to participate in New York Comic Con. This year’s IT movie has been a massive success – due in large part to Bill Skarsgård’s performance as Pennywise the Clown. That isn’t to say that director Andy Muschietti doesn’t deserve a good portion of the credit, as it was his vision that ultimately ended up on screen. In a new interview with AFI, the director revealed how he constructed it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWzXSGLlpCM Pennywise’s crossed eyes are definitely unsettling – as Muschietti previously revealed that he was shocked to learn Skarsgård could do it on his own: “I told Bill, ‘I want it in both directions, I want you to send…

2004’s Seed of Chucky was undoubtedly a divisive film. Not everyone hated it, but not everyone loved it. While speaking about Cult of Chucky, Don Mancini took some time to defend the film in an interview with Entertainment Weekly: “That’s the one that honestly, its reputation has grown the most, arguably because it had the furthest to go.” He added: “I mean, slamming doors and all of that. And I think that turned a lot of people off, I guess. I’m sorry! But, as a gay guy, I love the fact that over the years, [to] the people who saw that…

There were some pretty cool anime drawings for IT’s Pennywise the Clown, and naturally, anime and horror fans were intrigued. The Gambit movie with Channing Tatum is one that has been in development hell for quite some time now. It appears, though, that it could be moving forward with a pretty big name in a villainous role, as it’s being rumored that James Bond star Daniel Craig could play Mr. Sinister in the film. A new rumor from Splash Report claims: THERE ARE “CONVERSATIONS” ABOUT LOCKING UP DANIEL CRAIG TO BE NATHANIEL ESSEX, A.K.A. MR. SINISTER IN GAMBIT AND ALSO IN OTHER X-MEN MOVIES. This would be interesting and would definitely be a way to convince Marvel fans that FOX is actually…

For those of you who are unaware, director Roman Polanski was charged with the rape of a 13 year old girl, Samantha Geimer, in 1977. He fled the country when he heard the judge was considering giving him 50 years in prison. He gave a rare statement to The Hollywood Reporter in which he didn’t say he was sorry for what he did, instead that it’s over: “As you know, Samantha Geimer has been asking for over 30 years for this thing to end. But, I’m sorry the judges who dealt with it the last 40 years were corrupted, one…
