A new Black Panther trailer has been released courtesy of Marvel Studios – and it’s great! We were given a teaser trailer back in July, but this one has much more footage than that one. Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will definitely be more excited after they watch it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjDjIWPwcPU&feature=youtu.be Kevin Feige was recently quoted as saying the upcoming Marvel releases will be different: “All of the next films by design have been built to be very different, to be very unique. Ragnarok, Black Panther, certainly as we get into Infinity War and even Ant-Man and the Wasp, which is nearing the end of…

By now, it’s hard to imagine Marvel’s Ant-Man having a drastically different look. Paul Rudd’s performance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been praised by fans, and the 2015 debut movie for the character was a Box Office hit. With the character getting a somewhat different suit for for Ant-Man and The Wasp, as well as the upcoming Avengers movie, we thought it would be interesting to show what the character could have looked like, based on concept art from Andy Park: It’s definitely different, and probably would have changed the film. Kevin Feige has said the next four Marvel…

Last night’s Saturday Night Live featured an interesting parody of this year’s IT movie. It compared Kellyanne Conway to Pennywise the Clown, and CNN’s Anderson Cooper to Georgie. While the episode itself wasn’t very notable (when was the last time SNL was?), what was notable was how easy they took it on Harvey Weinstein. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hlt3rA-oDao While they did finally tackle the Weinstein scandal, creator of SNL Lorne Michaels had previously said the reason they stayed away to it prior was because: “It’s a New York thing.” That’s an interesting quote for quite a few reasons, but we’ll let you find…

Back in July, the Avengers: Infinity War trailer leaked, though it wasn’t great quality. Marvel was quick to take down the trailer, but that wasn’t before fans took screenshots. Lots and lots of screenshots… One particular screenshot, that we actually posted back in July (but has since resurfaced elsewhere), features Chris Evans’ Captain America sporting a drastically different look! It’s already been revealed that other characters will be sporting some pretty different looks as well. Black Widow and Thor – as well as Hawkeye, all have had their looks revealed via set pictures and promotional stuff. Before this major Marvel…

The first trailer for the upcoming X-Men spin-off movie, The New Mutants has arrived and it’s definitely a little darker than people were probably expecting it to be. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bu9e410C__I Back in May, director Josh Boone said they were going for a full fledged horror movie: “We are making a full-fledged horror movie set within the X-Men universe. There are no costumes. There are no supervillains. We’re trying to do something very, very different.” He also added: “…a darker and more surreal and impressionistic X-Men series than we’d ever seen before. It felt like Stephen King meets John Hughes. We made…

Last month, Bill Skarsgård spoke about a disturbing scene that was cut from IT which featured more backstory on Pennywise the Clown. It was set in the 1600’s and Pennywise wasn’t actually the clown yet. Per the actor: “There was a scene we shot that was a flashback from the 1600s, before Pennywise [was Pennywise]. The scene turned out really, really disturbing. And I’m not the clown. I look more like myself. It’s very disturbing, and sort of a backstory for what It is, or where Pennywise came from. That might be something worth exploring in the second one. The idea…

After years of waiting, Marvel fans are finally (presumably) going to get the Gambit movie from FOX with Channing Tatum. That’s right. The X-Men spin-off film that no one thought would ever happen – is probably, maybe, potentially going to possibly happen. Maybe. Deadline reports that the film will be released on February 14th, 2019. Just last August, Tatum said they had started over with the script: “We lit a fuse on the first one and just blew it completely out of the water. I think we got lucky – we got hit with some setbacks and it was all…

After Kevin Feige recently revealed that Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be the end of the MCU as we currently know it, some fans are wondering how that could be. In a recent red carpet interview, Feige stressed that things will definitely be different: “All of the next films by design have been built to be very different, to be very unique. Ragnarok, Black Panther, certainly as we get into Infinity War and even Ant-Man and the Wasp, which is nearing the end of their production period right now. All four of those movies are distinct and special, and I can’t wait…

Marvel fans are patiently waiting the arrival of Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War, but might not be ready to face the fact that the current version of the MCU that started in 2008 will soon end. That’s not to say that the Marvel Cinematic Universe will no longer exist, it’ll just be different. While speaking to Uproxx, Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige said:  “And where we go beyond that? Of course we will go places beyond that. And, of course, we have ideas of where we go beyond that. But, really, it is all good stories. And as the series…

For those who have been living under a rock lately, a scandal involving Harvey Weinstein has utterly destroyed Hollywood. Ben Affleck recently released a statement condemning Weinstein, which sparked a ton of different reactions, one of which was actress Hilarie Burton accusing the actor of groping her back in 2003: pic.twitter.com/f5AgemRXds — Ben Affleck (@BenAffleck) October 10, 2017 I didn’t forget. — Hilarie Burton (@HilarieBurton) October 10, 2017 Seriously, thank you for that. I was a kid. — Hilarie Burton (@HilarieBurton) October 11, 2017 Ben Affleck then tweeted: I acted inappropriately toward Ms. Burton and I sincerely apologize — Ben…
