It’s already one of the most highly-anticipated films of 2021, and it looks like Justice League fans won’t have much longer to wait for the Snyder cut. Marvel have shared the first official footage of Hailee Steinfeld in Disney Plus’ Hawkeye. The highly-anticipated series will see Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton as he trains Kate Bishop — played. by Steinfeld — to take over the name. Steinfeld has long been rumoured to be playing the part, and has even been spotted filming in costume. Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is due to begin in just a few weeks with the release of WandaVision on Disney Plus. The series is a blend of “the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe”. Marvel has confirmed that the Guardians of the Galaxy’s Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord, is bisexual. In the latest issue of the comic, an adventure titled “I Shall Make You a Star-Lord” sees Quill in a polyamorous relationship with two humanoids, Aradia and Mors. Quill spends nearly 150 years in a strange parallel universe, Morinus. New release dates have been confirmed for Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther 2, and Captain Marvel 2. Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige made the announcement during the Disney Investor Day event on Thursday, alongside a lot of other big news for the MCU.
