Well, the cast for the upcoming Blade Runner sequel keeps getting bigger and better! According to Variety, Jared Leto has been added to Denis Villeneuve’s Blade Runner sequel. Unfortunately there’s no details about his role as of yet although with such a promising cast and a talented director at its helm, there may still be hope that this sequel may just be a good idea! With Harrison Ford, Robin Wright, Ryan Gosling and Dave Bautista all in the mix, it’ll be exciting to see what Villeneuve has in store for us. Expected for release on October 6th 2017, there’s still quite some time yet…

It appears that Spider-Man: Homecoming has received its first poster in the form of everybody’s favorite web slinger. Hanging proudly at the Magic Las Vegas trade show, we can see Spider-Man dangling upside down with a cheeky salute. Although fairly minimal, it does give us a good look at his suit which appears to be unaltered apart from a new set of web-slingers. Marvel prides itself on its connectivity. Ranging from cameos to a whole load of Easter eggs, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has well and truly expanded beyond anyone’s expectations. Critics have torn Suicide Squad to pieces although once again it seems that the fans have been completely divided. Suicide Squad has finally been released and although reviews haven’t been kind, it hasn’t deterred fans from flocking to cinemas, especially if Box Office takings are to be believed. The Joker has played a big part in the promotional side of Suicide Squads advertising campaign although if recent reviews are to be believed, his role doesn’t equate to much. However, according to Academy Award-winning actor, Jared Leto, The Joker was originally intended to play a much bigger part. Talking to Telestar, Leto recently revealed how he and director David Ayer, had shot a lot more scenes that unfortunately didn’t make the final cut: “There are a lot of scenes that didn’t make it to the final film. Hopefully they will see the light of day. Unfortunately for Warner Bros., it seems as if critics haven’t taken too kindly to the DC Cinematic Universe thus far. Fans, however, have been much more split down the middle.
