Well it’s finally here folks, the brand spanking new trailer for the upcoming Captain America: Civil War and yes…..we do see ‘him’
The trailer for the epic features plenty of great actions scenes whilst also not forgetting the drama that will be at the heart of the film. It also seems to show a bit more of the story, revealing that the events of The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Avengers: Age of Ultron has all been leading to this.
Fans of the comics will be glad to see that we will get to see that Hawkeye/Ant-Man tag team, What looks like the MCU version of Prison 42 albeit underwater instead of the negative zone and a Black Panther who looks to be at the peak of physical fitness. It also looks like War Machine may be one of the first casualties of war, further cement Starks resolve.
But anyway, the part we were all eagerly waiting for. Our first look at the Spider-Man of the MCU, set to be played by Tom Holland. While only appearing at the very end of the trailer he certainly makes his presence known. It also confirms reports that he will be a member of Team Stark, although that’s not to say he won’t change sides as he did in the comics.
The trailer certainly gave us enough to be satisfied until the films release on May 6th, the only part that hasn’t been revealed yet is Daniel Brühl’s Baron Zemo. I suppose to have to leave something for the film I suppose.
