    Some Of The Internet Is Now Trying To Cancel Sylvester Stallone

    It isn’t news that actor, writer, and director Sylvester Stallone has continued to maintain a busy career since the height of his career in the 1970’s and 1980’s. In fact, he’s just recently assisted in rejuvenating the Rocky franchise with the last couple installments of the Creed spin-off series. He also recently came back for another round as war hero John Rambo in the 2019 action film Rambo: Last Blood. With that said, Sylvester Stallone had his popularity on social media take a hit recently when Twitter decided to cancel him.

    As you can see in some of the tweets down below, it appears that a vast number of Twitter users decided to cancel Sylvester Stallone for a relatively simple reason. It appears that his decision to become a member of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club is the reason Twitter became so instigated to cancel the Hollywood icon. Sylvester Stallone’s choice to spend $200,000 on becoming a member prompted some of the following responses:

    There are clearly a varied degree of responses to Sylvester Stallone’s actions. A large number of people are upset and want to see the actor canceled for having joined the Mar-a-Lago club. Others, however, are upset with cancel culture and the need to target Sylvester Stallone. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Sylvester Stallone was targeted. In fact, close to the release of Rambo: Last Blood, many social media users insisted that the movie was a racist portrayal of Mexico and that Sylvester Stallone moved too far from the franchise’s roots. Whatever the case may be, it’s clear that Sylvester Stallone is just doing what he wants to do. And for now, those decisions have led him to an ongoing career that’s continuing to be successful in many ways.

    For example, fans will soon be able to see Sylvester Stallone take on the voice of King Shark in James Gunn’s upcoming The Suicide Squad. As of this time, it seems unlikely that he’ll be removed from the film. Of course, in this day and age, it’s difficult to tell who might be fired or canceled from what.
