Watch Chris Hemsworth’s Fat Thor Do A Cover Johnny Cash’s “Hurt”

    By Mark SalcidoJune 14, 2019
    Fat Thor Chris Hemsworth

Avengers: Endgame is filled many surprises throughout the course of the movie and many of those were played for laughs. Chris Hemsworth’s Fat Thor came out of left field in terms of appearances but also said something about the effects of PTSD. Though the movie has gotten flack because the actor wore a fat suit, it must not be forgotten that the directors and writers of Endgame did it all with good intentions. Hemsworth decided to enjoy his time in full Lebowski-esque getup and sing a song while at it.

The video that Hemsworth has released on his Instagram account shows the actor behind the scenes wielding a guitar instead of Mjolnir or Stormbreaker.

    Check out the video below!

Not sure why everyone’s so worried about Thor, he’s fine guys…

Johnny Cash’s version of Nine Inch Nails’ 1995 classic hit, ‘Hurt’, fits well with Thor and it’s always a good thing to see actors just have fun during a shoot. Hemsworth has said that the video was shot between takes and likes to downplay his talent as guitar. The dude can have the looks, acting, and comedic timing, but it would be unfair if he was a talented musician as well. That’s too much to compete with.

There has been a lot of behind the scenes footage being dropped online from cast members of Avengers: Endgame. The ban has been lifted for quite some time and a free for fall of cellphone clips and pictures from the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Pratt are a regular thing now. That is very interesting because Marvel held a strict no personal cellphones policy on the set of the movie while production was on the way.

Hopefully, a nice collection of this footage will end up on the Avengers: Endgame home release when it hits stores.
