Freddy Krueger is one of the most iconic villains in horror, not to mention film in general. Everyone remembers him for his trademark sweater, fedora, and glove – but what some people may not know is he still changes quite a bit between each movie.
Personally, I’ve got to say I love the original version the most – he looked so old and grimy, and more like a monster than he ever did in any of the sequels.
HalloweenCostumes.com made a pretty cool inforgraphic with each incarnation of Freddy Krueger drawn out and detailed. You can also see the kill count for each film and some rather interesting trivia.
