The latest promo to the upcoming Luke Cage series on Netflix debuts the antagonist Cottonmouth, played by Mahershala Ali (Hunger Games series). It features an intense yet short scene that goes from the adoration of The Notorious B.I.G. (good reason if any) to the speech being directed at an unfortunate chair bound victim that is beaten to a bloody pulp; a symbolic and very intimidating way of Cottonmouth to talk about “kings” and his ownership of the crown.
