Although the cast for Justice League may be playing fictional heroes, that doesn’t mean they can’t be heroic. And they’ve done just that by supporting the cause for a charity called Rezpect Our Water that’s fighting to preserve Native American land.
The cast managed to be a part of the YouTube video below, where they wanted to say “as a gang of Earth defenders, we want to send a big shoutout…those opposing the Dakota Access Pipeline. To get involved with this movement, go to SacredStoneCamp.org.”
The issue with the pipeline is that it will not only destroy many of the Native American reservations, but it’ll contaminate most of the state. That’s why so many are fighting to oppose it.
Justice League hits theaters November 17 2017.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
