It’s been well documented that this year’s Suicide Squad was missing a lot of scenes when it finally hit theaters. This was evidenced via the various Trailers, Interviews and various set videos which we saw in the run up to the film’s release. Now, thanks to a popular YouTube channel we can see just what found its way to the cutting room floor.
The YouTube channel MrSundayMovies has uploaded a video in which he discusses just what we could have seen in the film. You can check out his video below.
It’s disappointing that we weren’t given the film we were promised and it definitely sounds like the film changed in a big way during the editing process. Perhaps if the film hadn’t been so poorly edited, it may have achieved a slightly higher rating than 26% on Rotten Tomatoes. You never know, Warner Bros. may decide to pull the same trick they did with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and release an Ultimate Edition at some point.
