DC’s recent film releases have all been receiving extremely negative reception. This includes David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, the latest of DC’s new cinematic universe.

The film currently has a 29% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is the same Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Although DC fans have been creating petitions against the website, it’s still proof that people aren’t responding well to these new movies.

Although DC writer Geoff Johns was recently promoted and now has involvement with all of DC’s film projects, so hopefully he will save the likes of the upcoming Wonder Woman and Justice League movies from the faults of previous films.

Even if you enjoy the films, you can’t deny that the reaction has definitely been mixed. Whether it’s solely to blame on WB remains to be seen, but a lot of people seem to think that’s the case.
