Celine Dion’s Titanic Theme Song Fits Perfectly With Batman v Superman Martha Scene

    By Joe JenkinsJuly 26, 2016

During Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, there’s a moment where a beaten Superman mentions to Batman to “save Martha”. The name is ironically the name of Batman’s mother, which triggers his own memories and forces him to let Superman go once Lois Lane explains Martha is the name of Superman’s mother.

The three then realize Lex Luthor was pulling the strings, and the trio begin to figure out the rest of his plans. Batman tells Superman to go deal with one issue – a Kryptonian scout ship – while he’ll save Superman’s mother whose been taken hostage by Luthor. The two then form a friendship following this agreement.

Now a Facebook page called Celina a Scene has added their own flavor to the scene, adding Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” over the footage. The song is notorious for being the theme song to James Cameron’s Titanic. And, oddly enough, it fits quite well.
