Darth Vader has long been rumored to have a part in the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The film is designed to take place between episodes three and four of the main franchise, allowing Darth Vader a place to easily fit in.

The new trailer just released by Disney finally confirms Darth Vader’s appearance, however, with a wonderful tease including his iconic robotic respiration.

The movie will follow a group of rebels who band together to steal the plans for the Empire’s new super weapon: the Death Star; which leads us right into the opening events of A New Hope.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits theaters December 16, 2016.
