So far we have seen the early concept art for a lot of the characters featured in Captain America: Civil War including Scarlet Witch, Hawkeye and Black Widow, but now we get a glimpse at one of the film’s biggest stars – Spider-Man. Read on to see just what could have been.
The images come courtesy of the recently released, Captain America: Civil War Art of the Movie book and gives us a look at everybody’s favorite wallcrawler during his appearance in the spectacular airport battle sequence. While it’s difficult to make out many clear details due to the quality of the scans, it looks as though not a great deal was lost in translation. One thing which does look different is that the webbing on the suit looks to be much more pronounced in the art than it was in the final film. Other details may become more apparent when some higher quality images are released.
We’ll see Tom Holland back in the suit when Spider-Man: Homecoming hits screens July 7th, 2017. Captain America: Civil War Art of the Movie is available to purchase on Amazon now.
