Earlier this week we were treated to a look at Andy Park’s early concept art for Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye in Captain America: Civil War which let us see just how different the character could have been. Now the concept artist has released another early design for the film, this time featuring a member of Team Cap’s side. Read on to find out who.
Taking taking to his Twitter, Park treated his followers to a look at the early concept art for Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow and it looks…….almost identical to the final product. While the character has never had an overly elaborate costume, with it often being little more than a catsuit, this artwork does highlight some of the finer details that were present in this latest version:

As previously stated, the final product isn’t too far from what we see here in the artwork posted. One of the most notable absences is the belt, which she didn’t end up wearing in the film and the fact that the raised stitching doesn’t come across as prominently as it does in the artwork.
Overall it is nice to see how much detailing is actually on Black Widows costume, even it does go unnoticed amongst all the Iron Man armour and Spidey suits. It’s definitely interesting to look at how far it has come since her first appearance in Iron Man 2.
What do you think? Did you like her look in this film? What would you have changed? Let us know below!
