With the way the Disney Plus series WandaVision ended earlier this year, fans have been anxious to see the next appearance from Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch. As it just so happens, Scarlet Witch will be returning in the upcoming film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The upcoming sequel to Doctor Strange is set to further explore some of the weirder sides of Marvel, by way of the Multiverse, and Scarlet Witch is the perfect partner for such a journey.
If it wasn’t evident enough, the first new image from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness proves as much. Scarlet Witch returns in the Doctor Strange sequel with her comic book accurate costume, and it’s enough to get any fan even more excited for the highly anticipated sequel. The image of Scarlet Witch in the Doctor Strange sequel comes from the box of a Doctor Strange 2 LEGO set.

Hopefully with so many glimpses at the film’s tie-in merchandise coming online, we’ll get our first official marketing releases from the film. After all, the movie is scheduled to come out in about six months – it can’t be much longer before we get an official trailer. When the upcoming film Spider-Man: No Way Home breaks open the Multiverse, we’ll probably begin to get our first major looks at Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness then. So when that point comes, fans can stay tuned to ScreenGeek for updates on the upcoming sequel as we have them.
