Sometimes even a superhero needs a hero of their own, as is the case with Thor actor, Chris Hemsworth who recently lost something more important than his mystical hammer…..his wallet.
On a recent episode of The Ellen Degeneres show, Hemsworth recalled how he had left his wallet whilst having a meal with his wife whilst in L.A. telling Ellen ‘I left my wallet on the table, and thought I’m never going to get it back, I’m never going to see it again.’ and normally this would be probably be the case, were it not for one extremely honest scout, 17-year-old Tristin Budzyn-Baker. Budzyn-Baker found the wallet while eating at the same restaurant, he explained ‘I looked up at my mom, and was like ‘mom, do you know who this is? We found Thor’s wallet.’
Budzyn-Baker then contacted the actors management to inform them that he had the wallet, before him and his mother were invited on Ellen’s show where he was promptly brought on stage by the Ozzie actor. As well as Hemsworths thanks, the youngster also received $10,000 and perhaps the most special, a recommendation to the scouts, which he hopes will propel him on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout.
