The hit MCU television series Daredevil was reimagined as the upcoming Disney Plus show Daredevil: Born Again. As fans await the new series, which sees the return of Charlie Cox as the titular Daredevil, exciting news has just revealed that production has already started on Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.
It took quite some time for the show’s first season to begin production. Additionally, the series was reworked midway through production, which caused an even greater delay. However, things then seemed to be on the right track, and now a second season is already being prepped.
While details on the show’s second season are scarce, especially without the first season having been released yet, the new production was revealed via producer Sana Amanat on their Instagram story. As you can see below, the photo shared on their story includes the following caption:
“Prepping for season 2 while launching season 1! Here we go! #daredevilbornagain”

It’s definitely a reassuring sign, especially with the aforementioned difficulties that the first season faced prior to wrapping up. Fortunately, everything seems to have been worked out and now the cast and crew of Daredevil: Born Again can focus on this new season for Disney Plus.
In addition to Charlie Cox, who will return as the titular Daredevil aka Matt Murdock, the returning cast also includes Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin, Jon Bernthal as The Punisher, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, and Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson.
The first season of Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled to hit Disney Plus on March 4, 2025.
