Marvel Studios is officially advertising their next few projects set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Their latest upcoming films include the incredibly close Deadpool & Wolverine, Captain America: Brave New World, and the highly-anticipated Disney Plus series Agatha All Along. Now a Marvel trailer released for one of these projects has fans upset that a MCU hero appears to have been killed off.
The new trailer has fans discussing several previous MCU projects. After all, the franchise continues to tie their installments so closely together, it’s beneficial to understand how everything is connected. For this series, however, it appears to confirm something which fans have been dreading for quite some time now.
As mentioned, the footage appears to confirm that a MCU hero has been killed off. While some fans disagree, it does suggest that a certain moment from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was quite fatal for the beloved character. This is all featured in the new trailer for Agatha All Along.
The new Disney Plus series follows the events of WandaVision with the titular Agatha once again on the loose. However, the trailer reveals that her counterpart, Wanda Maximoff, hasn’t been so lucky. After all, Wanda used the Darkhold after the events of WandaVision in the film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. It seemed likely that she was killed, though it wasn’t exactly confirmed until now.
On the other hand, comic book lore makes it quite impossible for a character to be totally killed off. Whether by magic, science-fiction, or an alternate variant, there are plenty of ways Wanda could someday come back. In the meantime, however, it looks like she’ll be deceased for most if not all of Agatha All Along. Here are some of the mixed responses fans have had on social media to the situation from the Marvel trailer:

For Agatha to get her powers back and billy to have his mother back, they would have to resurrect Wanda
And hopefully we get a wanda x agatha in the future

Hear me out.
Wanda didn’t die, her powers “teleported” her to the Witches Road, where Agatha will rescue her in order to get her powers back (Agatha All along plot) but Wanda have amnesia so she doesn’t remember anything and she marry a nice rich man from Latveria… 😎😎😎
