Marvel Studios has been hard at work with developing the next iteration of the Fantastic Four for the big screen. The new film, titled The Fantastic Four, is set to take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with an impressive cast leading the titular roster. Now, as you can see below, Marvel has revealed the first look at actor Joseph Quinn as the Human Torch.
Joseph Quinn‘s Human Torch was the focus of a poster shared by Marvel Studios on social media, specifically for the day being “4-4 Day” aka April 4, 2024. The studio is obviously taking advantage of the fourth day of the fourth month of 2024 to promote their Fantastic Four brand.
As you can see below, the poster reveals a design by Marvel artist Ryan Meinerding. He interpreted the character in his superhero outfit, specifically being covered in fire, as he continues to fly through the sky. The character additionally leaves behind a trail of fire, one that makes the number “4.”
It’s an impressive design, and one that teases what kind of style we might be able to expect from the upcoming superhero film. Of course, it doesn’t reveal much, but fans are certainly excited by this glimpse of Joseph Quinn as the character.

In addition to Joseph Quinn as the Human Torch, the film also features Pedro Pascal as Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as the Invisible Woman, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as the Thing. It was also just announced that Julia Garner will be joining the film’s cast as Shalla-Bal, aka the Silver Surfer.
