John Carpenter‘s 1978 slasher classic Halloween has maintained its place in the hearts and minds of horror fans everywhere. Now fans have their own opportunity to own a piece of history as one of the iconic house locations from Halloween is up for sale.
The original Halloween home used several distinct locations throughout its runtime to create the town of Haddonfield. One such location included the house where Laurie Strode, the high school student played by Jamie Lee Curtis, lived at. As shared by PEOPLE, the location is now for sale for a total of $1,799,000.
The publication continues to note that the house, located in South Pasadena, California, “has been owned by the same family for three generations. The house has since been divided into three separate units.” The eXp Realty listing adds that the house would be “a wonderful opportunity for a savvy buyer to purchase a well-maintained vacant income property.” In fact, “the garage space could be converted into an ADU to create a 4th unit.”

The triplex house consists of four bedrooms and three full bathrooms for a total of 2,640 square footage on a 5,258 square foot lot. As such, it’s an exciting property with plenty of possibilities, not only for Halloween fans but for potential landlords as well. And with an area that’s said to include an “award-winning Farmer’s Market on Thursdays 3 blocks away, shopping, restaurants, vintage boutiques, music/arts festivals and, of course, the South Pasadena Public Library and Senior Center which is right across the street.”
