Stephen King‘s iconic novel Pet Sematary is being brought to life on the screen yet again. This time, however, the latest iteration – titled Pet Sematary: Bloodlines – will explore the backstory of Jud Crandall in a setting that takes place in 1969. Now the first trailer reveals our first look at Jackson White as Jud and the gruesome events that are set to occur.
It’s worth noting that, much like all three of its predecessors, this new film will be rated “R” by the MPAA. The original 1989 film, its sequel from 1992, and the recent remake from 2019 all shared “R” ratings as well. Thus it’s already an exciting start to see that this prequel won’t be breaking said tradition.
