A Japanese man has gone viral for his stunning transformation, one that has him looking like an ordinary Collie dog. And the price for such a makeover? It cost him $14,000.
The man, who’s known as Toco online, has a YouTube channel with footage of his Collie costume. The custom-made costume was worn by Toco as he acted like an ordinary dog. Additionally, there’s footage of Toco’s first time going into public in the suit.
Several photos and the video can be seen below:
Interestingly, Toco claimed to have been both “nervous” and “scared” of his trip in public. Here’s what he shared about achieving his dreams of becoming a dog:
“Do you remember your dreams from when you are little? You want to be a hero or a wizard,” he wrote, noting his dream was “unrealistic.”
“I remember writing in my grade school graduation book that I wanted to be a dog and walk outside.”
He adds that, after having “had a vague dream of becoming an animal” since he was a child, “he fulfilled that dream” and that “this is how it turned out.”
The suit, which was created by Zeppet in 40 days, cost $2 million Yen which converts to $14,161 USD. It was modeled after a Collie due to their similar size to humans. As such, Toco can easily walk on his four legs and appear like a dog. Though he still keeps these activities away from most of his friends and family as he fears being seen in a weird light.
As such, he remains anonymous. Though that hasn’t stopped him from gaining attention online. And it’s likely we’ll see much more of his escapades in the future. Stay tuned to ScreenGeek for any additional updates as we may have them or any other viral videos.
