As we all know, Avengers actor Jeremy Renner was involved with a terrible snowplow accident. The actor broke more than 30 bones as a result. He’s been busy recovering in the time since, however, and now Jeremy Renner has even posted quite the inspirational workout video.
As noted via Variety, the actor is doing “whatever it takes” in his effort to recover. These were the words featured in the Instagram video’s caption, confirming that Renner is focused on healing. It’s certainly an admirable sight for fans of Renner – especially considering all that he’s been through.
The workout video itself features Jeremy Renner using an exercise bike. He can be seen using one of his legs to pedal in addition to using a pole-like tool. If that’s not enough, Renner has also kept himself busy mentally, having shared a photo of his current reading. The actor appears to be in the midst of reading “The Book of Awakening” written by Mark Nepo.

Of course, this is far from our first update from the actor. He’s previously kept fans in the loop with his physical health and journey to recovery. Though this is one of our first times seeing his physical progression. Now that the actor can be seen using actual exercise equipment as part of his physical therapy – it’s clear that Renner isn’t letting anything get him down. As he wrote in his own caption, he’s dedicated to doing “whatever it takes” to get through this.
Hopefully we’ll have more details from the actor soon. As for now, however, this is certainly a pleasant surprise for fans.
