Black Panther finally received a fitting sequel with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever late last year. The film was a hit with fans and now it’s been revealed when Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be streaming on Disney Plus.
Obviously many fans have already supported the film by viewing it theatrically. But soon the opportunity will arise for Disney Plus subscribers to watch the film again from home. It’ll also give audiences a chance to see the film alongside the majority of other MCU films and shows available on Disney Plus.
Disney’s streaming service has been a spectacular place for most Marvel products. As such, it’ll be exciting to see Black Panther: Wakanda Forever released on the service. Now, as noted via ComicBook.com, Disney Plus has unveiled the official release date for when Wakanda Forever will drop.
As it turns out, thanks to a page available on the streaming service, it will be released on the February 1, 2023. This should give fans a great start to the month of February. It was previously and incorrectly stated that the film would be released on January 20, but now those reports have been debunked.
Now that we know the official date for when the Black Panther sequel will be hitting Disney Plus, fans can begin marking their calendars. Perhaps we’ll have additional Black Panther news in the near future such as whether or not Disney will greenlight a third entry. After all, there has certainly been enough financial and critical success to do so.
